Unable to access VM

please verify if the VM is running and accessible via the Azure portal and check its Resource health to determine if there are any ongoing platform issues.​

Also confirm that the VM's status is Running and there are no errors or warnings in the VM overview panel.

please check once that the Network Security Groups (NSGs) and route tables attached to the VM/subnet are allowing inbound RDP/SSH traffic on the correct ports (3389 for RDP, 22 for SSH). - https://free.blessedness.top/en-us/azure/virtual-network/troubleshoot-vm-connectivity

Check Windows VM Guest Agent health and logs there may prevent proper RDP connections. The agent should be running correctly - https://free.blessedness.top/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/windows/windows-azure-guest-agent

Also check and user Serial Console or Azure Bastion (if configured)
