need a refund on a refund due to it not working a second time and wont let me

So i bought me 1700 robux 22 dollars were spent and i go on a game i want to spend robux and i do and it says billing error your account has not been charged when i try again in a diffrent server it says would you like to buy the 1700 robux package and so i go and refund it and i got my robux back but it said denied and when i tried again it said billing error your account has not been charged and it charged it i need a refund for i do not want 22 bucks that i spent for nothing because i can not use robux on the one game because it looks like due to roblox crashing
