Hi Andrew Foord,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
The E1G6032E driver has been reported to sometimes be incompatible with Windows Security's Core Isolation feature, particularly Memory Integrity. There are a few ways you can go about this:
1 - Eliminate all instances of E1G6032E:
- Open File Explorer > type
E1G6032E(+.sys) in the Search bar - Wait for it to finish finding > Delete all the
E1G6032E.sysfiles found
Note: It's suggested to always create a System Restore Point before making changes to avoid any possible malfunctions.
2 - Update the driver
- Press Win + X > choose Device Manager > expand Network Adapters
- Visit the manufacturer's website, download the latest drivers and install the updates
