    Hi Roxanne Nemes

You must sign in to your Microsoft account at least once in a two-year period to keep your account active. If you don’t sign in during this time, Microsoft will consider your account to be inactive.

Any account that has been locked for more than two years will also be considered "inactive" and will be closed.

It's important to note that once an account is closed, it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or re-opened by anyone at any point in time under any circumstances. It is simply gone forever.

Please let me know if you face any challenge here, I can help you to resolve this issue further
