Pay-Per-Incident (PPI) support for SQL Server isn’t currently available in South Korea through Services Hub. You can instead:
- Contact Microsoft Support at https://support.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness to explore available local options.
- Or raise a support case through your CSP / Azure / Unified Support plan these also cover on-prem SQL Server issues.
If you need one-time help, calling Microsoft Support directly is the quickest way to get routed to the right regional team.
