E5 Developer Sandbox Invitation Not Appearing — Personal MSA + Tenant Ready

Hi Microsoft Developer Program Support,

I joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using my personal Microsoft account (PII Removed) and completed my profile (Personal projects, Microsoft Graph, Identity, Outlook, Country: PII Removed).

I also created a dedicated Azure AD tenant for development:

  • Tenant domain: PII Removed
  • Tenant ID: PII Removed
  • My MSA is a Member and Global Administrator in that tenant.

Despite this, my Developer Program dashboard does not show the “Set up E5 subscription” option.

Could you please review my membership and manually enable the E5 Developer Sandbox invitation or let me know what is missing from my account configuration?

Thank you!

    Hi @Nedra

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how confusing and frustrating it must be to go through the setup process and still not see the “Set up E5 subscription” option appear. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience so clearly.

Please note that, as a forum moderator, I do not have access to the internal systems required to investigate individual account issues due to privacy and security constraints. However, I recommend reviewing the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ, which outlines key requirements and helpful guidance.

In particular, please pay close attention to the following topics:

-Who qualifies for a Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription?

-What account can I use to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program?

Additionally, ensure that you are signed in when accessing the Developer Dashboard, and try refreshing your browser to confirm full visibility of all available features.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. I hope this information proves helpful.

Thank you for responding earlier. I’ve reviewed the FAQ carefully and believe I meet the stated qualification criteria for a Microsoft 365 E5 Developer subscription:

    • Joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program with a personal Microsoft account (MSA) — PII Removed
    • Completed my developer profile (Personal projects, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft identity platform, Outlook, Country = PII Removed)
    • Created and manage a valid Microsoft Entra ID tenant: PII Removed
    • Tenant ID: PII Removed
    • My MSA is a Member + Global Administrator in that tenant.

Per the FAQ section “How can I get a Microsoft 365 developer subscription via the Developer Program?”, qualifying members are invited to set up a subscription after joining the program. However, my dashboard still does not display the “Set up E5 subscription” option.

Could this issue please be escalated to the internal Microsoft 365 Developer Program support team so they can verify eligibility and manually enable the sandbox invitation for my membership?

Thank you again for your help.
