    Good day daviiid gagnoon

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum! I understand how frustrating this is. If you enter the correct last-4 digits but don't receive the SMS, there are two likely paths based on what you see on your screen:

    1. If the page says the account is locked due to suspicious activity

Submit the Account Reinstatement form, which is specifically for accounts locked due to suspicious activity and different from the Account Recovery form (ACSR) below.

    2. If it’s not showing “locked,” but you still cannot get a code

    • If two-step verification is turned on and you can’t use any method, start Security info replacement
    • If two-step verification is not enabled, submit the Account Recovery Form (ACSR)
      • Enter your locked email and an alternate email for Microsoft’s reply.
      • Provide as many accurate details as possible, such as old passwords, folder names (e.g., custom folders), frequent contacts/subjects, and submit from a familiar device/location.
      • Please refer to this official guide to help you fill out the form more accurately.
      • If your Microsoft account recovery request was not granted or was unsuccessful, please check Account recovery unsuccessful - Microsoft Support

For more details, you can see Account has been locked - Microsoft Support

Thanks for your understanding and please feel free to reach back if you need further assistance. Take care.
