Hello Microsoft 365 Developer Program Team,

I joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program successfully, but I cannot create the E5 sandbox.

It always shows the message:

"You don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription."

I have already waited for more than 24 hours after registration and confirmed that my profile information and preferences are complete.

Could you please review my account and enable the sandbox setup option?

Thank you very much for your help,

    Dear 俊一 鈴木

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Q&A.

I completely understand how confusing and frustrating this situation can be, especially when you've taken all the right steps and are still facing unexpected roadblocks. It’s never easy to feel stuck during a process that should be straightforward, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience so clearly and respectfully. Your patience and persistence are valued, and I want to assure you that your concern is being heard.

Please note that, as a forum moderator, I do not have access to the internal systems required to investigate individual account issues due to privacy and security constraints. However, I recommend reviewing the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ, which outlines key requirements and helpful guidance.

In particular, please pay close attention to the following topics:

    • Who qualifies for a Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription?
    • What account can I use to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program?

Additionally, ensure that you are signed in when accessing the Developer Dashboard, and try refreshing your browser to confirm full visibility of all available features.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding and I hope this information proves helpful.

    Thank you, Gabriel.

My account is a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.jp), not an organizational or *.onmicrosoft.com account.

I have confirmed that I meet the requirements in the FAQ.

Could you please escalate my case to the internal Dev Program team for review and activation of the E5 sandbox?

Thank you for your kind explanation and guidance.

I understand that the qualification process is automated now.

I’ll continue learning and testing Power Automate and Graph API features while waiting for the system to update.
