When i turned off my laptop and opened it again, it said "preparing automatic repair", then i pressed reset (the one where it deletes all things inside the laptop) then after that my laptop finally finished resetting then i ended up on the "other user" issue

2025-10-23T11:24:29.12+00:00 the "other user" is actually unknown because i reset my laptop, but i tried going into safe mode and and tried to reset password but i dont know what happened next. Now its on "Administrator", and it also needs password... and the version is 10
