Server stuck at 94% synchronise step while enabling ASR

I have disable the ASR Replication and enable again The ASR replication completed but at the synchronise step server stuck at 94% from last 10 hrs.

It seems your Azure Site Recovery (ASR) synchronization is getting stuck at 94%, which can happen due to connectivity interruptions, replication agent issues, or stale cache in Mobility Service. This state usually means the sync process is waiting on data validation or a failed job loop.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve it:

Restart the Mobility Service on the source machine. You can do this by running these PowerShell commands: net stop InMageVSSProvider

net start InMageVSSProvider

net stop InMageAgent

net start InMageAgent

From the Azure portal, go to Site Recovery jobs and check if there are any failed jobs related to replication sync. If you find any, note the error codes for further investigation.

Reboot the on-premises server and ensure that outbound connections to Azure endpoints (443 and 9443) are open.

If the sync remains stuck, disable protection for that VM, wait a few minutes, then re-enable protection. This resets the replication metadata.

Also verify that the Mobility Service version matches the latest available build recommended for your vault region. Outdated agents can cause synchronization hang-ups during the 90–95% stage.

If the issue continues beyond these steps, it might require manually cleaning up temporary replication checkpoints from the ASR configuration using Microsoft support.
