Identity validations taking way more than 7 days. Not failed, just "pending"

I filled out all the prerequisites for validating my identity so I can create code signing certifications. I provided my DUNNS number, and responded successfully to an email verification, but my request remains in a pending state now for two weeks and counting. Should I call someone at Microsoft, or send an email, etc. I really need to be able to create some certs.

    Hey there, Matthew Orr

It could be that the certificate needs manual validation. Then this would be down to how many certificates the team must verify. However, I would have thought it would have taken less than seven days to do this.

It may be worth raising a support ticket through the Azure portal by following this link: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade

You could, if this is something submitted through the partner centre, submit a ticket through them through their portal here: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/home

They can look into this for you to see what is happening on their end.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan
