I missed the deadline to upgrade to windows 11. Can I still do it?

I want to know if I can still update to windows 11 as I missed the deadline? I've been trying to find an answer but have been unsuccessful.

There's no deadline.
End of support doesn't mean you can't upgrade your system to 11.
