Monitoring Password Changes by Global Administrators in Azure AD

Good afternoon, everyone. Hope you're doing well.

I’d like to know if it’s possible to receive alerts or email notifications whenever a user assigned the Global Administrator role changes their password in Azure AD.

The goal is to detect potential password changes that may be related to compromised or leaked credentials.

I’ve looked into a few alternatives, but most of them seem to require installing an application on the on-premises Active Directory, which isn’t feasible in our current environment.
