Deployment of MySQL flexible server fails

I try to deploy a DEV/TEST instance of MySQL flexible server to region "West Europe". It does not succeed but failes with error message: The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'. (Code: ResourceDeploymentFailure, Ziel: /subscriptions/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/resourceGroups/xxxxxxx/providers/Microsoft.DBforMySQL/flexibleServers/xxxxxx)

Anyone any idea how to get the database deployed?

    Hello Olaf Koestner,

    Glad to know that your issue has been resolved.

    Initially, you were unable to deploy the server in West Europe region, with the error message, The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'. Provisioning in requested region is not supported.

    In further investigation, we attempted to enable the region level access, and you were able to deploy it.
