Unknowingly I have signed up for two microsoft accounts. One of them I thought was a windows account. I am about to change my IP and want to change my email in my microsoft account. However because my other email address is registered in another microsoft account it will not allow me to change. As it says this email address is already used. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I would very much appreciate a solution.
