    Hi haris k
The Test Migration button may appear disabled for the following reasons: https://free.blessedness.top/en-us/azure/migrate/common-questions-server-migration?view=migrate#why-is-the-test-migration-button-disabled-for-my-server

Initial replication is not complete: You can’t start a test migration until the initial replication of the VM is fully completed. The button remains disabled until the replication process finishes. Once the VM reaches the delta-sync stage, you’ll be able to initiate a test migration. Pending test migration cleanup: If a previous test migration was already performed but not cleaned up, the button will stay disabled. Run a Test Migration Cleanup for that VM and then try again.
