Can't see my Static Web Apps under the correct Resource Group

Hi there,

Was going to modify some custom domains on my Static WebApp when I realise I couldn't see it anymore under any of the Resource Groups.

Running az staticwebapp list --output table in the Azure CLI gave me the list and I can see that it is correctly listed there along with the Resource Group it is under - but when I go to that Resource Group I can't see any Static Web Apps listed.

Not sure what would be the best way going forward? Anyone had this issue before?

    Hello CTO,

This issue happens occasionally due to portal refresh delays, permission inconsistencies, or filtering settings.

Here are some steps you can try:

Portal Refresh/Logout: Clear your browser cache, refresh the Azure portal, or log out and back in. Sometimes the portal view doesn’t update immediately.

Check Permissions: Confirm you have the correct permissions for the Resource Group. If your access level recently changed, it can cause display issues.

Check Filters: Double-check the portal’s filtering options. Make sure you’re not filtering out Static Web Apps by accident.

Resource Explorer: Use Azure Resource Explorer (resources.azure.com) to verify the resource exists at the backend.

Location/Subscription: Ensure that you’re viewing the right subscription and region in the portal.

Azure Support: If you still can’t see the resource despite it appearing in CLI, consider raising a support ticket with Microsoft Azure support for deeper troubleshooting.

Let me know if you need more detailed guidance on any of these steps or have specific error messages from the portal.

    Best Regards,

    Jerald Felix
