As I can see that you can't get your Open Value product key?
- Try logging in at portal.partner.microsoft.com and click “Can’t access your account?” to reset your password for
******@trusco.co.jp. - If that fails, call Microsoft Japan at 0120-54-2244 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30). Tell them you lost your login and need your Open Value key, with support in Japanese.
