Hi @wollaertdirkrcbedipaaesold,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum, and thank you very much for reaching out to us.
Based on your description, as I check, Copilot does offer a Facilitator agent that can act as a note taker and timekeeper during Microsoft Teams meetings.
Kindly note before using Facilitator agent, please ensure that:
- You have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
- Your Teams admin has enabled the Facilitator app in the Teams Admin Center.
- Loop components are turned on in your organization to support collaborative notes.
You can enable Facilitator agent on:
- When scheduling a meeting: Toggle the Facilitator option in the meeting setup.
- During a meeting: Use the “More” menu to turn on Facilitator.
- In Teams chat: Look for “Open AI Notes” to activate it in group chats

Thank you very much for your time. If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’d be happy to assist you further.
