    Hi @wollaertdirkrcbedipaaesold,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum, and thank you very much for reaching out to us.

Based on your description, as I check, Copilot does offer a Facilitator agent that can act as a note taker and timekeeper during Microsoft Teams meetings.

Kindly note before using Facilitator agent, please ensure that:

    • You have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
    • Your Teams admin has enabled the Facilitator app in the Teams Admin Center.
    • Loop components are turned on in your organization to support collaborative notes.

You can enable Facilitator agent on:

    • When scheduling a meeting: Toggle the Facilitator option in the meeting setup.
    • During a meeting: Use the “More” menu to turn on Facilitator.
    • In Teams chat: Look for “Open AI Notes” to activate it in group chats

For more information, you can check on this Microsoft Article here.

Thank you very much for your time. If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’d be happy to assist you further.

Yes, Microsoft Copilot in Teams includes an AI-powered agent that can act as a note-taker and timekeeper during meetings. Here's what it can do:

Key Features of Copilot in Teams Meetings

Automatic Note-Taking: Copilot can generate real-time summaries of discussions, including who said what, key decisions, and action items. Notes are stored in Microsoft Loop and can be edited collaboratively after the meeting.

Live Meeting Insights: During a meeting, you can ask Copilot questions like: “Where do we disagree?”, “What are the action items?”, “Summarize what [person] said.”
It uses speech-to-text to provide insights and summaries in real time.

Timekeeping & Follow-ups: Copilot can track the flow of the meeting, highlight when topics change, and help keep discussions on track. After the meeting, it can generate: Audio recaps, Meeting minutes in Word, Follow-up tasks in Planner or To Do.

Integration with OneNote & Outlook: Notes can be synced to OneNote and Outlook, making them easy to review and share.
