The Dictate option in Word is not available in the one-time payment versions of Office like Office 2024, it is only available in the subscription based Microsoft 365 versions of Office.

I bought an ASUS expertbook with windows 2024 home edition . while I opened MS word first time I could see dictate option , the moment I logged in the MS office , dictate disappeared .
how to access dictate , till next one year I have Office 365 free trial offer
