Unable to access my Microsoft Subscription Page to load the subscriptions.

I cant access my subscriptions to renew/or check status.
I get an error which says

Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

TraceID: 9X2CcI/MiUaC2ztH.14.134

This has been this way for more than a year now.

    May I know what troubleshooting steps have you already taken? This will help me avoid recommending them.


    In the meantime, if you haven’t already:

    Please try accessing the page https://account.microsoft.com/services using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists. It can also help to switch to a different internet connection (for example, using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi) and temporarily disable any VPN you might be using.
