I have been getting emails, apparently from Microsoft, about some kind of security alert. Is this a Scam?

Yesterday and the day before I received an email headed "Microsoft account security alert". There is a blue box where apparently it takes me to a "recover account". The email reads "We think that someone else might have accessed the Microsoft account xxxxxx.com. I think this is a scam. I have not pushed the blue button. What is going on?
