All bluetooth headset mic is not working with Window 11

mic is not working for all bluetooth headset. The bluetooth show connected with both sound and mic, but there are none of Window program can access the mic function. FYI, before the Window Updates, everything is fine.

    Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.6584 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.234.0 Blue Parrot B450-XT II v1.05

    This stopped working a few days ago. It worked for 2 months. The headset works on other devices. When you select headset for mic in an app the speaker just clicks. One time it rebooted the machine. I need these for work. I tried another headset and the same issue.

    I ran Audio and Bluetooth troubleshooter, and it seemed to fix the issue. Just leaving this for others to try.

    • Scroll down and click on Contact Support then log in to your personal Microsoft account (If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new account to execute)
    • Select "Window" in Products & Services, select "Devices and Drivers" as a category, and click Confirm  
    • Select "Chat in a web browser and support specialist" to enter the chat window

    We have the same issue with all the new Windows 11 laptops we have just rolled out circa 150. Our experience is that every call that the user receives the Teams system will show as not muted, but the other side cannot hear you and the mic symbol in teams doesn't show any activity.

    However, if you mute yourself via the headset and then un-mute it starts to work again.

    We have also disconnected Bluetooth and re-added which works correctly for at least 1 call but then stops again.
