issue with my micrsoft team

• What is your current macOS your MacBook is currently running?
• When you try to download Teams, did any error messages appear? If yes can you a provide a screenshot (Make sure to hide your personal information) if possible?

Once downloaded, double-click the .PKG file to begin the installation. Here’s a quick overview of the steps:

• Introduction Screen: Click Continue.
• Installation Location: Confirm the disk space and location. If you have multiple drives, click Change Install Location to select your preferred one. Otherwise, click Install.
• Administrator Password: Enter your admin password when prompted, then click Install Software.
• Installation Progress: The installer will copy the necessary files.
• Completion: Once finished, you’ll see a success message. Click Close to exit the installer. After installation, launch Teams and sign in using your Microsoft account either personal or company-provided (e.g., Office 365).
