I accidentally lick the "sign out" when I "CTRL+ALT+DEL" and now there is a watermark on my lower right screen "ACTIVATE WINDOWS" how to solve this?

Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, and if so, do you have the product key?
Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'
Run or paste this command and hit Enter:
slmgr.vbs /dlv

That screenshot indicates there is a problem with the Windows licence, it is a volume licence used by large organizations, it is not a genuine consumer licence, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the PC from to get a correct Windows licence.

If you paid for a Windows licence when you purchased your PC, then the retailer should provide you with a correct licence to activate Windows, if not, then you would need to purchase a new Windows 11 Pro licence to activate Windows.
