Hi,
Since 10/8 afternoon I'm unable to start any of my flexible servers on Azure.
According to Service Health:
"Impact Statement: Starting at 20:54 UTC on 08 Oct 2025, Azure is currently experiencing an issue affecting the Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible servers service in the East US region. During this incident, you may encounter error notifications when performing service management operations, such as - create, delete, update, scaling, start, stop - for resources hosted in this region."
I get it, but it's been almosto two days and still going. Such a time off can literally destroy a business. We need a solution ASAP. Any suggestions?

Sorry for inconvenience cause, Can you please confirm SKUs of your server and also
Check Server Status via CLI
az postgres flexible-server show --name <server-name> --resource-group <resource-group>Can you please confirm server status by executing above command.
Meanwhile can you also provide the details requested (server name, server region and subscription details) over the Private messaging to investigate further.

Apologies for inconvenience caused.
Currently there is an outage in EASTUS region - Azure database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server -VM capacity issue, primarily across burstable SKUs/V5 SKUS. The root cause has been identified as a capacity constraint. As part of our mitigation efforts, we have temporarily blocked all scale operations across all zones for burstable and v5 SKUs some cases.
To address capacity issues, it is advisable to use an different region or opt for the general purpose v3 SKU with availability zone 3 until the problem is resolved. Additionally, we are exploring options to whitelist and unblock the issue based on recommendations from the capacity team.
