I cannot access my password

I have been doing everything possible to change my password.

I have been following along with your processes and it is not working.

Can someone PLEASE contact me for assistance? This email is for medical purposes so it is imperative I get it sorted out PLEASE.

    If the tool wont work the only way to regain access it the account recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr. The information you will give should match the information in the system so give as much detail as possible like old passwords, devices, purchase history, account usage, etc. You can submit up to 2 forms a day. After submission allow 24-72 hours for verification.     If your phone is connected to your Microsoft account, try resetting Microsoft account password. This can be much easier than trying to reset your email password. It seems the Microsoft account password is the same as your email password, so changing the Microsoft account password, will change your email password as well, and you’ll be able to get in
