We cannot deploy the embed-v-4-0 LLM model from Azure AI Foundry.

We need an Azure subscription with a valid payment method. Free or trial Azure subscriptions won't work. If you don't have an Azure subscription, create a paid Azure account to begin.

Now what you can do:

• Check if embed-v-4.0 is available in your region: https://free.blessedness.top/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/concepts/models
• Make sure you use the exact model's name (embed-v-4.0) in your deployment config.
• Verify your subscription has embedding quota enabled.
• If using SDK or REST API, include the correct model in the request:
