My name is Edwina Aikins.

I tried to take the applied skills assessment for Implement Real Time Intelligence solutions with Microsoft Fabric assessment. The simulated lab size was too small. The overall screen was about half the real estate on my computer. I could not scroll or see options with drop downs. I got so frustrated, I quit the assessment. How do I ensure I have a full screen and can take the assessment efficiently?

Hope your doing well. Thanks for reaching out

    Use a Desktop or Laptop

    • Avoid tablets or phones.
    • Make sure your screen resolution is at least 1920x1080 for best visibility.
    • Open the Assessment in a Supported Browser
    • Use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
    • Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version Enter Full-Screen Mode
      - Press **F11** on your keyboard to switch to full-screen.

            - If F11 doesn’t work, try **Fn + F11** (especially on laptops).

                  - This will maximize the lab window and help you see dropdowns and scrollbars.

      • Adjust Zoom if Needed
        • If things still look small or cut off:
        • Press Ctrl + Plus (+) to zoom in.
        • Press Ctrl + Minus (-) to zoom out.
        • You can also go to browser settings → Zoom → Set to 100%. Wait for the Lab to Load Completely
                - It may take a few minutes.

                            - Don’t refresh or close the tab while it’s loading.

          • Interact with the Lab
          • Once loaded, you should be able to scroll and use dropdowns.
          • If anything still looks off, try switching to a different browser If You Quit the Assessment
                     - You’ll need to wait **72 hours** before you can retake it.

                                    - Use this time to test your setup and make sure everything works.

            • Still Having Trouble
                       - Try a different computer or monitor.

                                      - Reach out to Microsoft Learn support via the feedback link on the assessment page
