Azure subscribtion plan for studens contains policies that restrict resource creation to 5 regions. Due to this restriction i can't for example create static web app due to it being possible to deploy on servers that are not listed in policy.

    Błonowski Hubert hi,

you're blocked by a regional policy, but your plan doesn't include the support needed to fix it. It's a frustrating loop.

The regional restriction is a hard limit on the Azure for Students offer to control costs. You're right that it prevents you from creating resources, like Static Web Apps, that are only available in regions not on the approved list.

Since you can't create a technical support ticket directly, you need to use a different path. Your best option is to contact Azure Billing Support. Even though this seems like a technical issue, the billing team can often help with subscription limitations and policy issues, especially for educational accounts.

Go to the Azure Support page and select the option for "Billing" when creating a new request. Explain that your Azure for Students subscription is restricted to certain regions, and this is preventing you from using services like Static Web Apps. Politely ask if they can make an exception or guide you on how to resolve this.

While you wait for a response, you could also check if the service you need is available in any of your allowed regions. Sometimes services are deployed to more regions over time.

So, use the "Billing" support path to explain your situation. The billing team is your best bet for help with subscription-level restrictions.

    regards,

    Alex
