how do i cancel my subscription and get a refund as i have been paying mnoekthly for years and just discivered this on my account.

    Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand you've discovered a long-standing subscription you wish to cancel and request a refund for. 

    The process and eligibility for a refund depend on your specific billing scenario. Please follow the steps below. 

    Option 1: Check if you are the administrator:  

    You can only change the recurring billing setting for an active subscription. If your subscription has already expired, you must reactivate it before you can turn recurring billing on or off. For more information, see Renew or cancel your Microsoft 365 for business subscription - Microsoft Support 

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.  
      • If you’re using the Simplified view, select Billing.  
      • If you’re using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Your products page.  
    2. Select the subscription that you want to manage.  
    3. On the subscription details page, select Edit recurring billing.  
    4. In the Edit recurring billing pane, select On or Off, then select Save.

    Note: If your license is purchased on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), canceling the recurring billing will not immediately stop the charges. You will continue to be charged until the end of the current billing period that you’ve already paid for.  To assist you better, please provide the name of the license you wish to cancel (as shown in the example image above). I’ll help check the product’s expiration date and guide you through the next steps.  

     

    If you’ve already canceled the refund request in the Admin Center but haven’t received the funds yet, we kindly recommend reaching out to our Billing Team for further assistance. 

    They’ll be able to check the status and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    • When you speak with an agent, clearly state that you have just discovered the recurring charges and have cancelled the subscription, and you are requesting a refund for the recent payments. 

    By cancelling first and then contacting support, you are taking the two necessary steps to resolve this. 

     

    Option 2: If you are NOT the admin:  

    Please contact the person in your organization who manages IT or software subscriptions (your Global or Billing Administrator). They have the necessary permissions to cancel the subscription from the admin center.

    First, determine what service "mnoekthly" refers to. Check your:

    Bank/Credit card statements for the exact charge description

    Email for any subscription confirmation or receipt emails

    App Store (if iOS) or Google Play Store (if Android) subscriptions

    Hi, I have purchased COPILOT PRO under recurring using my credit card for two months, But i have realized that its not meeting my expectations.     I have not used my EA account for over 2 years I did cancel and you are still taking the money. I received an email saying the subscription had been cancelled last month then a further one today stating it had been reinstated which I did not do I wish for a refund of the monies owed to me and cancel my account
