We're seeing consistent failures when installing KB5063878 on Windows 11 devices via WSUS/SCCM. The error code is 0x80240069. Manual installation attempts also fail. This is blocking our update rollout

    Hi,

Since manual installation also fails, it’s worth checking if the update file is fully downloaded and not corrupted. You might try clearing the SoftwareDistribution folder on affected devices and re-syncing the update. Also, ensure that WSUS has the latest servicing stack updates and that the update is properly approved and downloaded.

If the issue persists, we recommend reviewing the CBS and WindowsUpdate logs for deeper insight, or temporarily using Windows Update for Business as a workaround to keep devices current.

Let us know if you'd like help analyzing logs or testing alternative deployment paths—we’re here to support you.

If my answer is useful for you, please vote for it.

    Best regards,

    Quinnie Quoc,
