    Hello Azzy,

This is April, I'll be happy to assist you. Sorry to hear that you're having issue with Teams PowerPoint. Let me help you out.

Based on the description you provided, even after updating Teams and saving your PowerPoint file to the cloud, you still don't see the option to present it using PowePoint Live during meetings.

Are you able to see the regular “Share content” panel during the meeting, and if so, does it show any PowerPoint files under the “PowerPoint Live” section?

Here are troubleshooting steps that you can check why PowerPoint Live isn't showing up in Microsoft Teams:

    1. Use the Teams Desktop App Powerpoint Live only works in the desktop version of Microsoft Teams. It isn't supported on the web or mobile apps.
    2. Join or Start a Meeting First The Powerpoint Live option appears only during an active meeting:
      • Click Share on the meeting toolbar.
      • Look for the PowerPoint Live section.
      • If your presentation doesn't appear, select Browse OneDrive to locate it.
    3. Store the File in OneDrive or SharePoint To use PowerPoint Live, the file must be:
      • Saved in OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online.
      • Shared with edit permissions for your account.
    4. Verify Your Teams Version Ensure you're running the latest Teams version:
      • Click your profile picture > About > Version.
      • If it's outdated, go to Settings > About Teams > Version and update manually.
    5. Check File Permissions If the presentation was shared with you:
      • You might lack presenter rights.
      • Ask the owner to re-share with edit access or upload your own copy.
    6. Test with Another File Occasionally, presentations containing embedded media or macros cause issues.
      • Try sharing a simple PowerPoint file with only a few slides to confirm functionality.

If the issue continues, please don’t hesitate to contact us again.

We’re here to help, and we appreciate your continued trust in us.

    Warm Regards,

    April P.
