Available Applications not appearing anymore in Company Portal

I wonder could this be a massive problem. I have been actively deploying new Win32 apps as available during yesterday and today, and something like 7 hours ago, new apps stopped from appearing. I even wiped one computer and started fresh, but situation remains the same. I have tried only Win32 style apps and Available assignment to All Users.

Anyone else see the same problem on field?

    After 8 hours, apps are now again visible. It wasn't me! :D
