Hi Francesco Ratto,
Hope your day's fine. In regards with your Flight Simulator game issue, the "Insert the Game Disc" error appears when your game can't verify your ownership of the game with the Microsoft Store. This is because of, you are might not signed in to the same Microsoft Account you used when you buy the Flight Simulator 2020 game. It could be the Microsoft Store is offline or out of sync. Also, you might also launched your FS2020 outside the Microsoft Store environment. Lastly, a Windows update might broke your license.
Now let's try to fix this with some possible options.
- Check your Microsoft Account you used when you bought the FS2020 if it is signed-in on your Microsoft Store app. To do this Open Microsoft Store > Click your Profile Icon > Sign Out > Sign-in again using your Microsoft Account when you bought your FS2020.
- Try to repair your Microsoft Store (in case it is corrupted). Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Find Microsoft Store > Advance Options > Click Repair, then Reset. Restart your PC and try launching your game.
- Try to Launch your FS2020 through Microsoft Store. Go to Library>My Library> and launch your FS2020 from there. If you have desktop shortcut, dont use it.
- Last try to reinstall your License. Press Win+R > type: "wsreset.exe". Open Microsoft Store > :ibrary > Get Updates > Look for Digital Ownership or Flight Simulator License, check and make sure it is installed.
I hope these options above are helpful.
Sincerely,
Jhun
