So a few months ago my Email and Microsoft password got leaked. They managed to change my Accounts email to one that I don't have access to. I have been trying to contact supports for months since this account is linked to my minecraft and can't play since. I have no idea how to get it back. I need help!

I’m also in the same predicament. I’ve tried following all the recovery account forms and I’m due to receive an email about the process to another email that is working and I haven’t received any emails whatsoever about the current status of my account recovery. This has gone on for months and to try and speak to a real person is painstaking. I really need to gain access to see some pretty important emails which I haven’t been able to see in months. I’ve had this email for almost 20 years. It’s not so easy to just walk away from.

I beg, if you manage to find a solution, please let me know! I’m at a complete loss and just seem to be going through roundabouts of ‘solutions’ and getting nowhere.

Please note that this is a community forum and we do not have access to any account data or information.

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having. The only way to recover a hacked account is to follow the steps provided by Microsoft Support; https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

Unfortunately, if the above method doesn't work and the email address has been replaced by the hacker, you won't be able to recover it using the steps in the link, in which case I suggest using the Recovery Form.

If you are unable to complete the recovery form, you can try contacting Microsoft support, Follow these steps to chat: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    Type "Account sign-in issues"

    Click the "Contact Support" button

Other Products > Manage Account Security > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser."
