    Hi @Martin Heitmann

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding your issue, to assist you effectively, may I kindly ask a few clarifying questions:

    • Is your account a personal account (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail) or a work/school account (typically associated with a domain name like your company or school)?
    • Are you trying to prevent users from editing or copying Excel files after they've been approved using RMS or sensitivity labels? Or are you looking to apply restrictions only during the approval process?
    • Could you please share more details about what you're trying to achieve? This will help me better understand your goal and can find the most suitable answer for you.

Hope to hear back from you soon.

The initial response may not fully address your needs, but it will help me better understand your situation. Once I get the information, I will try my best to find the next steps.
