You don't have these options available because you are signed in to Teams with a personal account. Teams and Channels features are only available with a paid Business account.
No Teams tab or Chats and Channel option in settings

I'm new to teams and i seem to not have the Teams tab. Some people suggest to go to settings>Chats and Channels but i don't have Chats and Channels either. What am i supposed to do to get the Teams Tab?
