Hello Microsoft Support Team,

My Microsoft account (******@gmail.com) has been locked, and my recovery form was recently rejected.

I am the genuine owner of this account and use it for my OneDrive files and writing projects.

The issue started when I tried to sign in, and I received the message "Your account has been locked due to activity that violates the Microsoft Services Agreement."

I already submitted the recovery form (ACSR), but the verification failed because the phone verification method is not working in my region (Bangladesh).

Now I need a manual review of my case by a support agent.

    I understand that you already submitted the form but in order to regain access you will have to pass the recover form so please submit another one at https://account.live.com/acsr and this time give as much detail as possible like old passwords, devices, purchase history, account usage, etc. Use stronger information. You can submit up to 2 forms a day. After submission allow 24-72 hours for verification.
