Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

May I know what troubleshooting steps have you already taken? This will help me avoid recommending them again.

If you haven't tried anything yet please start by:

Make sure your contacts are saved to Hotmail/Outlook:

    • Autocomplete relies on saved contacts or people you’ve previously emailed. If the addresses aren’t in your People/Contacts, try adding one and see if it starts appearing.

Verify that “Suggested people” is enabled:

    • Go to Settings (gear icon) > General > Privacy and data and look for the "Suggested people" section. Make sure it’s turned On. If it’s already enabled, you should see an option that says “Clear data and turn off”, which confirms it’s active.

Let me know how it goes.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

Thank you for letting me know.

Unfortunately, you’re not alone in this. Another user has reported experiencing the same issue here: https://free.blessedness.top/en-us/answers/questions/5568755/i-am-on-hotmail-com-the-email-are-not-popping-up-w

It seems this might be a wider issue affecting Outlook.com’s autofill suggestions. I suggest providing feedback directly through the Outlook.com interface by Help > Feedback > Report a problem, so the Outlook team can investigate and address it.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
