Redacting sensitive information before sharing screenshots

I am writing to apologize for the mistake I have made regarding the screenshot, in which I should have redacted my Outlook email and account information. I did not know that.
The next time I want to share the screenshot via Snipping Tool, I would appreciate some feedback, so that I won't screw up again.
