    Hi,

If your laptop’s two-finger drag isn’t working, open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad and make sure "Scroll and zoom" with "Drag two fingers to scroll" is enabled, since updates can sometimes reset these options. If it’s already on, open Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices, right-click your touchpad, and choose Update driver, or uninstall and restart to let Windows reinstall it, this refreshes the driver and often restores gesture control. You can also scroll to the bottom of the Touchpad settings page and select Reset to return everything to factory defaults in case a setting caused the issue. Finally, run Windows Update to install the latest patches, as these often fix compatibility bugs affecting touchpad gestures.

    Kind regards,
