Whiteboard of TeamRooms

Hi
I'm using a DTEN D7X Android 55" device for TeamRooms Pro.
It has TR certification as TR equipment.

When tap Whiteboard icon, D7X starts Whiteboard.
However, there is no toolbar such as PEN, and I can't draw on Whiteboard at all.
During TeamsRooms meeting, Whiteboard is displayed on D7X when Whiteboard is started by
attendee's PC.
There is no toolbar, and I can't draw any lines from D7X side.

How can I use PEN for Whiteboard of TR?

    To help me narrow down the cause, could you please provide the following details?  

    1. Are there any error messages shown when you try to use the whiteboard? 
    2. What specific steps do you follow to initiate the whiteboard? 
    3. Is this problem happening on multiple meetings or just a particular one? 
    4. Have you tried using another Teams device, if available, to see if the issue persists? 

    In the meantime, please try the following official troubleshooting steps which usually resolve issues with basic issues:  

    1. Ensure Device Compatibility and Touch Configuration 
      • Confirm that your DTEN D7X55 is a certified touch-enabled device for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android. 
      • Interactive whiteboarding requires a touch-enabled Front of Room display. If the display is not touch-capable or not properly configured, the toolbar may not appear. Whiteboard on Teams Rooms - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn 
    2. Enable Whiteboard for Teams Rooms Devices  
      • Reason for the missing toolbar on certified devices like yours is that the Microsoft Whiteboard service is not enabled for this type of device at the organizational level. 
      • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with administrator credentials  
      • Navigate to Settings > Org settings > Services tab. 
      • Click on Whiteboard
      • In the Whiteboard settings pane that opens, ensure that the option "Turn on Whiteboard for your entire organization" is checked.  User's image
      • Most importantly, ensure the option "Turn on Whiteboard on Surface Hubs and Teams Room devices" is also checked. This is the specific setting that controls the functionality on your DTEN device. 
      • Click Save
      Note: It may take up to 24 hours for this change to fully propagate across all services.     3. Check Display and Connection Health 

    Note:

    • If the issue is related to OneDrive access or whiteboard saving, ensure the resource account is properly licensed and has access to OneDrive for Business.

    To use Microsoft Whiteboard and have your whiteboards automatically save and sync across your devices, a OneDrive for Business license is required. This is because Whiteboard uses OneDrive for Business as its default storage location.

    However, it is important to clarify:

    • Yes, a license is required for saving boards. The OneDrive for Business service that provides this storage is included with all Microsoft 365 commercial licenses (such as Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 E3, E5, etc.) and Microsoft 365 consumer licenses.
    • It is not a separate purchase. If you have a Microsoft 365/Office 365 subscription that includes OneDrive, you already have the necessary license.

    In summary, if you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, you should already have the required OneDrive for Business license to use Whiteboard fully.

    Thank you.
    I understand that OneDrive for Business is mandatory to save Whiteboard.

    Do you think this is why the toolbar (i.e. for PEN) doesn't show up for Whiteboard?
