Problemas de verificación de estudiante / Azure for Students

Tengo un problema con mi activación de Azure for Students. Mi universidad se encuentra registrada en la lista de instituciones admitidas y mi correo institucional es válido, pero al intentar acceder aparece el mensaje:

“No tiene acceso. Nuestros sistemas han detectado un problema con su cuenta y no podemos validar su acceso.”

He intentado varias veces con mi correo institucional, pero el error persiste.Imagen cargada

    Some possible reasons why your school email address may not be eligible include:

    1. Your school is not currently participating in the Azure for Students program.
    2. Your school email domain is not recognized as an eligible domain for this program.
    3. Your school email address may not be active or valid.
