Hi @Ícaro Sousa,
To proceed with further investigation, we kindly request you to provide the necessary details by responding to the probing questions below-
Configuration & Environment
- Were there any recent changes made to the MySQL server configuration, such as parameter updates, firewall rules, or virtual network settings prior to the outage?
- Is the MySQL server part of a high availability or replication setup? If yes, are other nodes experiencing similar issues?
Resource & Quota Checks
- Can you confirm whether the resource group, storage account, or compute quota limits have been exceeded or modified recently?
- Is the underlying disk attached to the MySQL server healthy and accessible?
Monitoring & Logs
- Have you checked the Azure Activity Log or MySQL error logs for any events around 4:00 AM on Sep 30?
- Is diagnostic logging enabled for the server, and if so, can you provide recent entries?
Service Health
- Have you reviewed the Azure Service Health dashboard for any regional outages or incidents affecting MySQL services in your region?
Security & Access
- Were there any recent changes to IAM roles, access policies, or credentials that might affect server startup permissions?
We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.
Thanks,
Vrishabh
