To extended licensing for systems activated via a valid Multiple Activation Key (MAK), we recommend the following steps:
- Contact Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC): Visit https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter and sign in using your business account associated with the MAK key. From there, you can manage licenses and submit support requests.
- Request Support via Microsoft 365 Admin Center (if applicable): If your organization uses Microsoft 365, you can submit a support ticket directly through the Admin Center at https://admin.microsoft.com. Select Support > New service request, and describe your licensing needs.
- Direct Support for Accessibility Needs: We take accessibility seriously. If you require assistance beyond online tools, you can contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk at https://aka.ms/DisabilityAnswerDesk. They offer support via phone, chat, and ASL (for US customers), and are trained to assist customers with disabilities.
