Custom Translator cannot Train and cannot Publish existing trained model

Cannot train a model on the sv-SEproject.

Cannot publish trained model on fr-FR project

The error message are generic and NOT NOT provide me with any information :((

Are you able to take a look?

I am not getting any useable error messages and nothing in “Logs” telemetry either.

When training a model, please make sure that the correct training data has been selected and that it meets the service requirements such as file size limits, proper formatting, and sufficient data volume. In some cases, if the data is insufficient or invalid, the training process may fail without showing detailed error messages. It is also important to note that training can take several hours depending on the size of the dataset, so we recommend monitoring the portal for any updates or notifications on the training status.

For publishing, please remember that only one model can be published per project at a time. If another model is already published in the same project, it will need to be unpublished before a new one can be deployed. Publishing failures can also happen due to temporary service issues, so if you see a generic error, trying the publishing process again after some time may resolve it.

As a next step, we suggest reviewing the training and publishing status in the Custom Translator portal to confirm whether the processes completed successfully.
If the issue continues, we will raise a support request on your behalf.

RESOLVED

Things are working again - I changed NOTHING.

But training and deployment works.

Perhaps the issue was both were running at the same time.

But still, please give the dev team the feedback that we need better Error messages 🙂

Hello Pavankumar and thank you for a quick response.

Training never ends:

I have used the same exact data source for other languages with success. The files are all validated and there are 46.000 sentences. I only make one model per project/language.

Deployment failed:

I retried the FR-fr earlier today, same message "Deployment failed".

As I see it: The system is clearly broken and we need to escalate this to someone in operations.
