If this is showing on your own Teams profile and not a contact, and you’re not part of an organization, it’s likely your status message. You can edit or clear it by clicking your profile picture > Set status message" or Edit message. Screenshot 2025-09-28 163040.png

    On Teams desktop or web:

    1. Click your profile picture (top right).
    2. Click Set status message.
    3. If a message is already set, you’ll see it there.
      • To remove it: clear the box and click Done.
      • To edit it: just type a new message and click Done.

    On Teams mobile:

    Tap your profile picture.

    Tap Set status message.

Delete or update it, then save.

Once cleared, the "Notes" field under Contact information in View profile should disappear.

Let me know how it goes.
