Onedrivelive.com displays a blank screen when opening from a "your memories from this day" email (coming from ******@onedrive.com ) and I have to repeatedly hit the refresh button to get to a normal display of my photos. And then if I click on the photos to display them that screen of rolling, blank gibberish appears again so I have to view them by opening an image in a new tab.

And by gibberish I mean the screen is brownish with waves of dark/light color going back and forth across the screen.

The above image is what I see.

    Hi Robert.

Thank you for sharing your issue. I understand if you click a OneDrive Your memories from this day email and see nothing but a blank screen or messed-up pictures and I know this is important to you, I am here to help.

This might be something with how OneDrive shows photo memories online. When you click the link in the email, the page might not load right because of old browser files, some display bugs, or just a temporary hiccup on our end. People are saying they have to reload the page a bunch or open the pictures in a new tab to get around the errors.

    Please follow these steps.

delete your browser's cache and cookies, close the browser, and then click the email link again. See if it still happens if you open the link in another browser or on another device. Instead of clicking the email link, try visiting onedrive.live.com, signing in, and clicking Photos or Memories.” If it still messes up, let Microsoft know by clicking the gear icon on the OneDrive website and choosing Send Feedback. This helps them fix the problems that keep popping up.

May I also ask, does this happen on all your devices and browsers, or just one? Knowing that could help narrow down the steps.

Let us know if you have questions or if it keeps happening. We want to make sure you can see and enjoy your memories.

    Best Regards,

    Noel

That's a known issue tracked under bug 1987565, and the fix is about to land (probably in Firefox 144.0.2).
