How to upload My AI-900 Certificate to my current account?

Hi,

I have already got the AI-900 certificate

but my Microsoft Learning didn't show my badge

I have the certificate pdf file

can I upload to my Microsoft Learning?

My job need this certificate

    AI-900 certificates will show under Credential/certificate tab when you login with the email used in appearing the AI-900 exam
